Private Parties & Group Events

Our candles are made with all-natural ingredients ensuring that they are free from harmful chemicals.

Soy wax candles burn cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax candles. They also have a lower melting point, which means they last longer and are safer to burn. Beeswax releases a negative ion, that removes dirt, pollen, dust and mold out your air while burning.

We offer a wide range of scents including lavender, vanilla, peppermint, cinnamon, and many more. We also have seasonal scents like pumpkin spice and apple cider.

A minimum of 10 paid guests is required to reserve an in-studio experience privately. The Create Your Glow Private Event also requires a minimum booking total of $600. Candle selections and approved upgrades count toward the minimum. If the group's total is less than $600, the host is responsible for the remaining balance. The Signature Blend begins at a $750 minimum, based on 10 guests selecting the 50 mL Signature concentration. The Ultimate Glow Up begins at a $750 minimum, based on 10 guests selecting the 12 oz candle. Pricing for Themed Private Experiences and Blend, Sip & Celebrate varies according to the selected experience and inclusions. Groups with fewer than 10 guests may reserve individual seats in an available public candle-making or fragrance-making session, but the session will not be private.

Yes! We have a parking lot available in both the front and back of the studio. Please note there is no street parking.

It depends on the package. Guests booking The Ultimate Glow Up, Blend, Sip & Celebrate, or an eligible themed private experience are welcome to BYOB (wine, bubbly, or non-alcoholic beverages), bring food like charcuterie or cake, and bring their own table decorations or small gifts. Ultimate Glow Up parties also get a dedicated area with plates, cups, wine glasses, a wine opener, ice buckets, and napkins provided. Food, drinks, and decorations are not included with A Create Your Glow Private Event or The Signature Blend, which are focused on the candle-making or fragrance-blending experience itself.

Events booked more than two weeks in advance require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the event. Events booked within two weeks of the event require full payment at the time of booking. The event date is not reserved until the required deposit or full payment is received. All payments are final and nonrefundable. The final guest count and candle selections must be confirmed by the established payment deadline. For the Create Your Glow Private Event, the host remains responsible for the $600 minimum booking total even if attendance decreases.

We're open Wednesday 12-4pm, Thursday & Friday 12-4pm and 5:30-8pm, Saturday 12-8pm, and Sunday 12-6pm. The sooner you reach out with your group size and preferred date, the better — it locks in your time slot and, if you're booking more than 2 weeks out, lets you spread payment with a deposit.
