Create Your Glow Private Event

The Create Your Glow Private Event is a creation-focused, two-hour candle-making experience for your group. Guests choose their own candle and fragrances and take home a candle they made themselves — all in our private Orlando studio, exclusively for your party.

A minimum of 10 paid guests and a $600 minimum booking total are required to reserve the studio privately. Each guest may select from the available candle options. Candle selections and approved upgrades count toward the minimum.

If the total of the group's selections is less than $600, the host must pay the remaining difference. The minimum reserves the scheduled two-hour experience and does not include food, beverages, decorations, or additional celebration time.

Candle Pricing

8 oz candle — $40

12 oz candle — $50

16 oz candle — $60

The standard two-hour package does not require a separate room-rental fee. Additional charges may apply for:

• Time beyond the two-hour session
• Custom materials or personalization
• Additional staffing
• Requests outside the normal package
• Other enhancements approved by Aromatic Vibes Candle Co.

These services are quoted separately and are not automatically included.

Customers wanting food, beverages, decorations, and additional celebration time should select The Ultimate Glow Up or an eligible Themed Private Experience. 

The Create Your Glow Private Event remains a creation-focused, two-hour package. It does not include:

• Food or beverage privileges
• Cake or snack service
• Decorations
• Gift-opening
• Additional socializing time
• Party setup or cleanup

Aromatic Vibes Candle Co. is available by private appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays. A minimum of 10 paid guests and a $600 minimum booking total are required for the Create Your Glow Private Event. Candle selections and approved upgrades count toward the minimum. The host is responsible for any difference if the group's total does not reach $600. Additional fees may apply only if extra time, staffing, setup, or customization is requested.

• Events booked more than two weeks in advance require a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
• Events booked within two weeks of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
• The event date is not reserved until the required deposit or full payment is received.
• All payments are final and nonrefundable.
• The final guest count and candle selections must be confirmed by the established payment deadline.
• The host remains responsible for the $600 minimum for the Create Your Glow Private Event even if attendance decreases.
